All cut chains, stamping blanks and earrings are FINAL SALE! Engraving orders are FINAL SALE and not refundable and returnable.
Returns will be subject to 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.
I ship from Monday to Friday. I will answer convos within 24 to 48 hours.

What if my order is a small purchase and shipping is high?
Please wait until you are able to make a large purchase to compensate shipping. Every order will come with a tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic:
First class: 2 to 7 business days approx.
Priority: 2 to 3 business days
Express: 1 to 2 business days
International:
It can take 2 weeks to 45 days, maybe longer. Shipping depends on post office and customs. Once your order is shipped, it is out of my control on how long post office takes to deliver. Please be patient and give it enough time for your package to show up. Shipping times vary for each country.
Can I return chains and stamping blanks?
Cut chains and stamping blanks are not returnable. This is also stated in the shop announcement and on your invoice. Any other items are subject to 15% restocking fee not due to our error.
What is gold filled?
Gold filled uses a karat gold overlay which is then bonded to a brass inner core. Our products are gold filled with 1/20th 14 karat gold, meaning it is 5% 14 karat gold by weight with a brass core(95% copper/5% zinc).
